What Happens Next

Our job is to make sure dangerous structures don’t put people at risk.

  • A Building Control Surveyor will visit as soon as possible.
  • We will assess the need for any urgent action needed on site.
  • If it’s not urgent but still unsafe, we’ll tell the owner to fix it. If they don’t, we can apply to court to make sure repairs happen.
