New Affordable Homes at Wolfs Wood, Hurst Green

It’s always rewarding to see a project come to life, particularly one that will provide much-needed homes for local residents.

We’re delighted to have played a part in the development at Wolfs Wood, Hurst Green, Oxted, a fantastic housing scheme delivered by Tandridge District Council.

A special congratulations to Tandridge District Council’s Housing Development Team, whose vision and dedication have helped bring forward a development that will make a lasting difference to the local community.

The scheme comprises 12 new residential units, including:

  • 5 x three-bedroom dwellings
  • 3 x two-bedroom dwellings
  • 4 x one-bedroom flats

Providing attractive, modern accommodation for a range of households, the development demonstrates the high standards that can be achieved through effective collaboration and a shared commitment to quality.

As the Local Authority Building Control (LABC) service, we’re proud to have supported the project through our Building Control role. Tandridge District Council is one of our shared partner authorities, and schemes like this highlight the value of early engagement, technical expertise and partnership working throughout the construction process.

Working alongside Tandridge District Council and Sunninghill Construction, our team has helped ensure the homes meet the required building standards, supporting the delivery of safe, sustainable housing for future residents.

The completed development looks fantastic and will be a valuable addition to the local area, providing homes that residents can enjoy for many years to come.

We’re pleased to have been involved in bringing this scheme to fruition and look forward to supporting many more projects that help create thriving communities across the district and beyond.
