A Completion Certificate is issued after:

  • we have carried out a satisfactory final inspection
  • we have received a Notice of Completion signed by all duty holders
  • full payment of your building control fee has been made

Your Completion Certificate is an important document and should be kept in a safe place.

It shows future purchasers, banks, building societies and solicitors that, as far as can be ascertained, the work on your project complied with the Building Regulations.
