Our aim is to respond within 2 working days. Please add as much information as possible, including a full location address and any reference numbers. Alternatively, please try our FAQs or 'Do it Online' section for more information about common building control issues.

If you have a live application

If you have a live application and wish to contact your surveyor, they can be reached outside the hours of 10am to 2.30pm, when they are carrying out most of their site inspections.  To contact a member of our business support team during office hours please call 0330 0249355.
