About Southern Building Control Partnership
Formed in 2017, our Partnership provides the building control service on behalf of Mole Valley, Reigate & Banstead and Tandridge Councils. Payments are handled by Tandridge District Council.
We work with Dutyholders to ensure that they understand the requirements of the Building Regulations. We ensure these requirements are met through plan assessment and site inspections carried out by our Registered Building Inspectors who have confirmed to the Building Safety Regulator that they are competent to carry out this duty.
When a satisfactory final inspection has been completed, we will issue a completion certificate to the client to confirm that the works carried out met the requirements of the Building Regulations.
