CPD Training

We run free "Lunch & Learns" (CPD training sessions) from Dorking, Oxted and Reigate council offices. Aimed at local agents, architects, engineers and contractors, they cover the latest techniques and innovations within the building industry, as well as changes to the building regulations. CPD certificates are issued following each session by the presenter.

Informal and friendly, Lunch & Learns start at 12.30pm and last about an hour. A buffet lunch follows when attendees can network and chat to the presenter and our own team of surveyors. Details of our current programme are given below:

Waterproofing and the consequences when things go wrong will be dicussed as well as what to look for in a good contractor and tips on warranties. Following on from Peter there will be a short presentation by LABC Warranty explaining more about their range of structural warranties for residential and commercial builds.
