Fuel shortages and inspection visits

Due to the current situation regarding fuel shortages, there may be some disruption to our on-site inspection service. We will still be able to carry out inspections, however it may be necessary for some of these to take place virtually using smart phone technology.

Please continue to book your inspections in the usual way and if we are unable to call to site in person we will advise you before 10am on the day of inspection.

  • A public-facing one, aimed at making it easier to submit a planning application for an extension
  • The second, for planners, should speed up processing of applications for extensions and other home improvements.
